Tenant
We comply with the provisions of the Tenant Fees Act 2019. To that end:

Deposits strictly equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent

Holding deposits equivalent to 1 week’s rent will be requested before we commence referencing – this can be offset against the deposit above though
