Undoubtedly Watson is best known for its experience in residential block management. However, for many years Watson has provided a Commercial Practice service to clients with either mixed, or solely commercial portfolios – indeed we have been registered as firm with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1987.
Watson act for a wide range of clients, ranging from private individuals with a sole asset right the way up to specialist developers and investors with regional or national portfolios. We offer a full Property & Asset Management service which includes:
- Letting and leasing, including drafting in-house documents if required
- Lease Advisory, including renewals, rent reviews and re-gears
- Rent Collection, including invoicing, accounting and credit-control
- Service Charge, setting management and reconciliation
- Coordinating Maintenance, whether planned, reactive or for refurbishments
- Tenant Management and dealing with applications and licenses
- 24/7 occupier helpline
If you have a single or multi-let property which needs managing, or if you are considering a change of agents then we would be happy to discuss how Watson can help.
Whilst we like to offer a full management ‘wrap-around’ service, we are more than happy to act on one-off instructions. If you have a property to let or sell, a rent review, lease renewal or re-gear that needs resolving then please get in touch – we would be more than happy talk-through informally. If we think we can help, then we will provide you with a service and fee proposal to consider. In the event that we can’t, then we will tell you in a straightforward and honest manner.
Watson's overall company structure and ethos is key to our delivery of refreshingly straightforward commercial services. This works particularly well for clients with mixed portfolios: the same team will be looking after both your residential and commercial properties, so you always know who to speak to.
Our aim is to maximise the performance of your investments through sound commercial advice.
