We can also provide a let-only service for those who prefer to self-manage their assets.  We would however point out that during the term of most inaugural tenancy agreements the cost of our let-only and full-management services are often not vastly different, and you'll find our management service so stress free and comprehensive, that you'll wonder why you ever did it yourself?        

Naturally your property will be marketed to the widest possible audience through a wide variety of both online and traditional media, ensuring demonstrable market value is always obtained.  It is worth noting that amongst other popular web-portals, Watson are a founder members of 'OnTheMarket' the UK's newest property portal which showcases properties before any other property-portal, with the endorsement of both ARLA & NAEA.            

All new tenants are subject to a comprehensive and detailed assessment before moving in, so that you have the highest piece of mind that your property will be treated with respect and that rent-payments are made in a timely manner.  All tenant-deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) in accordance with statutory regulation at no cost or hassle to the landlord.
