Watson currently acts as agent for a large client base of Resident Management Companies (RMC's) and Right To manage Companies (RTM Co's) across the UK and we have taken great care to refine our service so that the management companies under our care receive a bespoke service that precisely matches their requirements.

We understand that the needs of no two management companies are the same and accordingly our service is entirely flexible.  We manage resident-run developments where we are asked to seek management company approval for everything we do and also developments where we are given complete autonomy.  We provide a part-management  service to some developments and act for management companies overseeing developments that range in complexity from modern city centre high rise and high efficiency developments, to stately homes and listed warehouses, through to the simplest of public open spaces - and everywhere in-between.
