This development changed the role of WatsonPM from direct management to one of facilitator to the Directors. Since taking over, the place has improved no end; as an owner, I am kept in the loop, and our Surveyor is only an email or a text message away, and hosts annual meetings. The gym has had new equipment, the whole of the communal areas have had a repaint and the communal bills for electric have decreased thanks to the idea of making the lighting system more efficient.Even with the improvements we've enjoyed our first year of an levelling out service charge. Even with the above mentioned, we have also managed to invest in a better secure entry system and work done on the CCTV.
