This philosophy has been consistent over the years and these values have organically been incorporated into our corporate image as an integral and ethical part of everything that we do.
Over the years, the company has been known as JW Watson & Sons, Hepper Watson, Watson Property Management and WPM, however more recently we have simply become known as ‘Watson’. In reality, many of our clients and customers had always referred to us as Watson; we simply listened.
Today, following great consideration of our core values and two centuries of heritage, the decision has been made to make Watson the first managing agent in the UK to be owned and operated by an employee trust, akin to companies such as John Lewis & Waitrose. Every staff member is therefore truly a partner in Watson, uniquely motivated to deliver our award winning service with enthusiasm and to the highest standards possible.
